Services
We provide real estate photography, videography, drone services, 3D tours, and related media production services across Northeast Ohio. Service availability, turnaround time, and pricing may vary depending on project scope and location.
Booking & Cancellations
Clients may book services through our website, phone, or email. A cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations for drone services may be rescheduled without penalty.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH, and digital payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Licensing & Usage Rights
Ohio Real Estate Pics retains full copyright to all images, videos, and media unless a written contract states otherwise. Clients receive a usage license for real estate marketing, MLS listings, print marketing, and online promotion. Media may not be resold, transferred, or repurposed without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the property is photo-ready prior to the appointment. We are not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving personal items unless previously agreed.
Drone Services Compliance
All drone operations are performed under FAA Part 107. Drone services may be delayed or restricted due to weather, FAA regulations, TFRs, or unsafe conditions.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. You agree to use our website and materials at your own risk.
SMS Communications & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number on our website, booking forms, or through any communication channel, you agree that Ohio Real Estate Pics may send you SMS messages related to appointments, service updates, and promotional offers.
