How do I book a real estate photo shoot with Ohio Real Estate Pics?

Book online at ohiorealestatepics.com/book in about two minutes: pick a package, enter the property address, and choose a time. You can also call or text 330-552-7123. The online calendar books Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Saturday and Sunday shoots are booked by phone, at no extra charge: call or text and we will set one up.

What happens after I book?

Booking online holds your slot right away. You get a confirmation email with an .ics calendar invite attached so the shoot lands on your calendar, and a confirmation text if you opted in to text messages. The evening before the shoot we send a reminder with the prep checklist.

Do I need an account to book?

No. The first booking from a new email address creates your OREP account automatically. A one-time welcome email with a sign-in link follows, so you can open your account whenever you want to see your shoots, media, brand kit, listing hub, and invoices.

Is the price on the website the price I will pay?

Prices are based on your home's square footage and shown before you book. Travel included up to 60 miles round trip. Farther out, we quote it first.

How do quote-priced services work?

Quote-priced services are scoped and quoted in writing before anything is booked. Nothing is scheduled until you approve the quote.

How should I prepare the property before the photographer arrives?

Run through the prep checklist we send the evening before the shoot:

• Turn on all lights, including lamps
• Open blinds and curtains
• Move cars out of the driveway and off the street out front
• Put pets, plus bowls, beds, and toys, out of frame
• Clear counters, fridge doors, and bathroom surfaces
• Put toilet lids down
• Hide trash cans

Will you remind me before the shoot?

Yes. A reminder with the prep checklist goes out the evening before the shoot by email, and by text for agents who opted in to text messages.

Do you stage or clean the property?

No. We move small items and adjust lighting to make each room read well, but we are not a staging or cleaning service. If the property is not ready when we arrive, or nobody can provide access, the trip may be billed at the reshoot rate.

Can I reschedule my shoot?

Reschedule or cancel free until 4pm the day before. Same-day changes are $75.

What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?

Weather reschedules are free at any notice. We watch the forecast and will text you before it becomes a problem, so you are not left guessing on the morning of the shoot.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Reply to your confirmation email, or call or text 330-552-7123. There is no charge for a canceled shoot. If an invoice already went out for it, ignore it and we will sort it out.

When will I get my photos?

Photos are delivered the next business day, usually between 12 and 5 PM. Video is delivered within 48 hours, 3D tours within 36 hours, and virtual staging and AI enhancements within 24 to 48 hours per batch.

What is included in the delivery?

Delivery includes the originals plus MLS-optimized, web, and social sizes, and the floor plan that comes with every interior shoot. The delivery email has a Download everything button and the link to the property site for the listing.

How long do you keep my media?

Delivered media stays in your media library for as long as your account is active, so you can come back for a file months later.

How do I download my photos and files?

Open the download page from the Download everything button in your delivery email, or from My shoots & media in your account. From there you can download everything as a single zip, or just the photos, the floor plan, or the other files, and open the marketing kit for the listing.

Why does the download page show a Pay now button?

If the invoice for the shoot is still open when the photos are delivered, the download page shows a Pay now button that opens our billing portal. Downloads unlock as soon as the invoice is paid. Zero-dollar invoices count as settled, so nothing is held back on them.

How do I pay for a shoot?

A card on file is how booking works and it is charged at delivery, not at booking. There is no penalty for not leaving one, and rate-sheet accounts can be invoiced net 15. Invoices are electronic and payment is due on receipt unless your account has agreed terms.

Where can I see my invoices?

Every invoice email has a Pay now button that opens the billing portal. The Invoices section of your account page lists every invoice with its status: Draft, Sent, Auto on delivery, or Paid.

Can I use the photos anywhere I want?

Unless your package includes a copyright release, Ohio Real Estate Pics retains copyright and licenses the media to you to market the specific listing it was shot for, including the MLS, listing portals, your website, print, and social media. The license does not cover resale, other properties, or third parties who were not party to the booking.

Which packages include a copyright release?

Builder, commercial, short-term rental, and auction packages include or offer a full copyright release. Where a release applies, its terms replace the standard license.

Do I have to disclose virtual staging on the MLS?

Virtually staged, day-to-dusk, decluttered, and virtually renovated images are digitally altered. We deliver them clearly labeled alongside the unaltered originals. Disclosing altered images on the MLS and in advertising is the responsibility of the agent or owner publishing them.

What is my listing hub?

Every agent gets a listing hub at yourname.ohiorealestatepics.com with a branded property site for each listing we shoot. Each listing also gets an unbranded, MLS-safe tour link on tour.ohiorealestatepics.com that you can paste into the MLS.

Can I use my own domain for my listing hub?

Yes. From the Listing hub & domains section of your account page you can point your own domain at the hub, and switch the hub on or off.

Where do property sites and flyers get my branding?

Property sites and flyers pull from your brand kit: your headshot, logo, brand color, brokerage, phone number, license numbers, and website. Update the brand kit once in your account and every property site picks up the change.

How do I sign in to my OREP account?

Sign in at ohiorealestatepics.com/account with an email link, with Google, or with a passkey using your face or fingerprint. There are no passwords to remember.

What can I do from my account page?

Your account page has four sections: My shoots & media, My brand kit, Listing hub & domains, and Invoices. You can also rebook your usual package in one tap.

What text messages will I receive?

If you opt in when you book or from your account page, we text a booking confirmation, a reminder the evening before the shoot, and a note when your photos are delivered. That is about 3 messages per shoot, never marketing. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, HELP for help, or START to opt back in. Message and data rates may apply.

Are your drone pilots licensed and insured?

Yes. All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified, insured pilots. Airspace is checked before every shoot, and LAANC authorizations are obtained where required. Some locations cannot legally be flown; if that applies to your property we tell you before the shoot and adjust the package.
