An ANSI measured plan is drawn to ANSI Z765-2021, the American National Standard for measuring single-family homes that Fannie Mae has required on appraisals since 2022. It reports Gross Living Area (GLA) with room dimensions, fixed furniture and a 2D plan an appraiser can read, which is what makes it useful for appraisals, marketing remodels, and meeting Zillow’s floor-plan requirements. Yes. Every interior photo package includes a basic 2D plan at no charge. An ANSI Z765-2021 measured plan with GLA and room dimensions is $69 as a same-visit upgrade, or $199 as a visit of its own.
Are the measured plans accurate enough for square footage?
They are measured to ANSI Z765-2021, the standard Fannie Mae requires on appraisals, and reported as Gross Living Area (GLA) with room dimensions and a total interior square footage figure.
Can I get just a floor plan without photos?
