What you are opting into

Texts are opt in. We never text you just because we have your number. You turn texts on by ticking the box when you book, or from the Account page any time, and we record the date you agreed and the exact wording you agreed to.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Everything we text you, we also email you, so opting out never means missing something.

How to opt in

There are two ways to turn texts on from Ohio Real Estate Pics, both optional and never a condition of purchase:

• Tick the optional text-message box when you book a shoot at ohiorealestatepics.com/book.
• Switch texts on from the SMS setting on your account page at ohiorealestatepics.com/account.

What we send

Messages are transactional and tied to a specific shoot or account:

• A confirmation when you book a shoot
• A reminder the evening before, with the prep checklist
• A note when your photos are delivered, with the link

Message frequency and cost

Three messages per shoot at most, so frequency depends entirely on how often you book. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also call or text 330-552-7123 and ask us to remove your number.

Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking; we will switch to email and phone for that shoot instead.

Carriers and privacy

Text messages are delivered through Twilio, which we use only to send these messages on our behalf. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used only to contact you about your shoots and account, and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
